Full-Stack Pet eHospital Project
I developed a full-stack Pet e-Hospital web application using Flask, MySQL, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and React. The app features an intuitive interface for managing pet medical records, scheduling appointments, and tracking pet health. I implemented Azure Pipelines and Kubernetes for the DevOps process, ensuring smooth deployment and scaling. Additionally, I integrated Azure Blob Storage to securely manage and store various types of data, showcasing my ability to handle both front-end and back-end development, as well as cloud-based infrastructure for seamless operations.
Cultural Trends Analysis
As part of a project for the City of Ottawa, I contributed to analyzing cultural trends by gathering and processing artist data through web scraping techniques. Using Power BI for data visualization, I developed comprehensive reports that provided valuable insights into the city's cultural landscape. These insights helped inform policy decisions and cultural initiatives, enabling the city to better understand and support its vibrant arts community. My role involved ensuring the data's accuracy and delivering actionable insights, showcasing my expertise in data analysis and visualization for public sector projects.
AI Assistant for Healthcare eConsult Platform
At Ottawa Hospital Research Institute, I developed an AI assistant using LangChain, LLMs, and MongoDB to streamline the eConsult process. By integrating BERT and GNN algorithms, the assistant improved the accuracy of medical consultations and reduced administrative tasks, enhancing both physician workflows and patient outcomes.
GNN-Based RAG System for Research
For the Brain-Heart Interconnectome Project, I built a GNN-based Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) system using Neo4j and PyTorch Geometric to analyze over 850 research papers. The system efficiently retrieved critical data on brain-heart connections, providing researchers with valuable insights and advancing the study of complex medical relationships.
